CANCELLATION POLICY

INTRODUCTION
At Weighing Mart, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order. This Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which you may cancel your order and the steps you need to follow. By using our Services, you agree to this Cancellation Policy. 1. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

1.1 Before Shipment

Once your cancellation request is processed and confirmed, we will stop the shipment, and you will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

1.2 After Shipment
If your order has already been shipped and is on its way to you, you cannot cancel it directly. However, you may refuse the delivery upon receipt, and the product will be returned to us. In this case, you will receive a refund after the product is returned and inspected.

Please note that shipping charges may not be refunded, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the cancellation is due to an error on our part (e.g., a defective or incorrect product).
