REFUND POLICY

INTRODUCTION
At Weighing Mart, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a refund policy to make sure that the process is easy and fair.
By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
You may be eligible for a refund if the following conditions are met:
1.1 Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you may request a refund or replacement within 7 days of receiving the product.
1.2 Incorrect Orders
If the product delivered to you is different from the one you ordered (wrong item, size, colour), you may request a refund or replacement within 7 days of receiving the item.
1.3 Unused and Unopened Items
For most items, you are eligible for a full refund if the item is unused, unopened, and returned in its original condition within 14 days of delivery.
1.4 Non-Returnable Products
Certain items such as perishable goods, custom-made products, and products marked as “non-returnable” are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Refunds will not be issued for items returned after the specified return window (7 or 14 days) unless authorized by customer support on a case-by-case basis.

Items purchased during promotional sales or discounted events are eligible for a refund under the same terms as other items. However, the discount will still apply to the refunded amount (e.g., if the item was discounted, you will be refunded the sale price).
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. If you paid using a credit/debit card, the refund will be credited back to your card. If you used another payment method (e.g., UPI, wallet), the refund will be processed accordingly.
